The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives qualifying consumers rights and sets duties for covered businesses, subject to its thresholds and exemptions. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for data tied to a request and remove what we control. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Lehi City, Utah County, or Utah agencies remain under their custodians' control.
